I absolutely love Bikram yoga! It has positively impacted my life in so many ways! While being in a hot room doing poses for an hour and half can sometimes feel intense, the benefits are worth it. Bikram helps me stay balanced, and helps me to stay more calm and focused in everyday life. I deal with stresses in a different manner now since I started practicing. I've had some sleep issues for the past number of years, and Bikram has tremendously helped with that also. In general, I feel so much better when I do Bikram a few times a week. I feel more energetic, and just happier all around. Not to mention it helps keep my muscles toned! I've been practicing for about a year and a half now, and can't imagine my life without it!
This practice has helped my running performance and has also contributed to my emotional, mental, and physical balance. Hot yoga has been a part of my life for almost three years and I plan to make it part of my lifestyle for many years to come. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you walk out the doors after having completed 90 minutes.
Every instructor has been amazing, thoughtful, and encouraging. I've been to a handful of Hot Yoga places around the country. Hot Yoga Milwaukee is by far the best.
I really enjoyed this class. I loved the emphasis on listening to your body and encouraging modifications…the instructor cued positions very well and I look forward to taking a class with her again. I have experienced 2 instructors here now and both have been exceptional.
