Bikram 90

Our inspiring teachers will lead you through 26 postures and two breathing exercises for a blissful 90 minutes that helps rejuvenate your entire being. The temperature is set to a sweaty 105 degrees to help promote detoxification, and lengthening of your muscles leaving you feeling relaxed, cleansed, and with a focused mind. It's totally designed for beginners so anyone and their uncle can participate!


Bikram Express 60

Like our 90 minute Bikram class, just condensed to 60 minutes. All the same postures, we simply do one set of some postures and and change the sequencing slightly. Come try this high powered 60 minutes sweat session! 


Hot Vinyasa Flow 75

Our experienced teachers will lead you through a 75 minute class flowing from one posture to the next, with music playing to help promote your feeling of well being. You will be strengthening your mind body connection as you integrate your breath with your every movement. This class also promotes detoxification as it is held in a 95-100 degree room. 


Hot Vinyasa 60

Just like our superb Vinyasa Flow class, except it's only 60 minutes to help fit in to your day.


Sculpt 60

It's the Yoga you know and love mixed with strength and core training: boosting metabolism and building lean muscle mass. We'll use hand weights, pilates rings, and our own body weight to build strength and long, lean muscles. Room is heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Come prepared to move, sweat, and have fun!  


Yin 60

In this class you will hold postures for longer amounts of time, gently stretching connective tissues, making them longer and stronger over time.  Yin also increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility.  This class will be done on the floor with props such as bolsters and blocks.  Hands-on assists, massage, and essential oils will be used (optional of course.)  The room will be heated to a comfortable ~80 degrees.  Yin is a great class for beginners, advanced practioners, and everyone in between.


Vin Yin 60

Vin Yin combines the upbeat flow of vinyasa with the deep holds of a yin yoga practice for a completely well rounded hour long class.  About 30 minutes of each style.  All levels class.  Beginner friendly.
