Founded in 2009, Hot Yoga Milwaukee is proud to offer the hot yoga experience for the Milwaukee and Brookfield area. Locally owned and operated, our downtown Milwaukee and Brookfield locations share teachers, staff, and class types. We pride ourselves on a friendly, approachable community, and in providing the best hot yoga experience to all students, regardless of level of experience, age, body type, or ability.

Hot Yoga Milwaukee offers several class types: Hot 26 (formerly Bikram Yoga), Vinyasa Flow, Sculpt, Core, and Yin.

LOCATIONS

MILWAUKEE

Our Downtown Milwaukee location is on the corner of Commerce and Humboldt, across the river from Bel Aire Cantina in the Riverwest neighborhood. We have 7 shower stalls, huge changing rooms, two heated studio rooms, and a large lobby featuring a retail area and mat/towel rentals! Our studios are disinfected as needed and professionally cleaned every night, and feature sealed non-porous flooring (not carpet!) for an ideal hot yoga experience! Our state of the art HVAC system provides continuous fresh air during all classes, and features built-in UV disinfecting lights inside the air ducts. Free street parking available.

BROOKFIELD

Our Brookfield location is on West Bluemound Rd, about halfway between Calhoun and Brookfield Rd behind the new Casablanca restaurant. We have 6 showers and huge changing rooms, two heated studio rooms, and a lobby area with all the yoga gear you need including clothing, beverages, gear, and mat/towel rentals. Our studios are disinfected as needed, professionally cleaned every night, and feature sealed non-porous flooring (not carpet!) for an ideal hot yoga experience! Our state of the art HVAC system provides continuous fresh air during all classes, and features built-in UV disinfecting lights inside the air ducts. Parking is available in our main lot.

HYM AND THE ENVIRONMENT

We have put a lot of time into making the most state of the art, energy efficient facility. Utilizing the same heat pump technology used for geothermal technology, high efficiency boilers, and energy recovery ventilators, we use about a third the amount of natural gas than we would using a traditional heating system. Our state of the art HVAC system provides continuous fresh air during all classes, and features built-in UV disinfecting lights inside the air ducts.
